Ground Lamb & Mutton

Lean Ground Lamb is flavorful option for an array of dishes at home. From Mediterranean-style burgers to Shepherd's pie and pizza, ground lamb can be a staple in the kitchen. Use as you would otherwise use hamburger, and of course, it's perfect on the grill. Mutton is very similar but generally has a little more fat and flavor at a lower price point.
