GHEE is 100% Pure Clarified Butter Oil. It is a lactose-free, healthy fat with a rich, buttery flavor. Ghee is densely packed with Vitamins A, D and E, Beta Carotene, Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) and Omega-3 fatty acids. It makes an excellent cooking oil to replace olive oil and seed oils and can also be used in the place of butter by lactose-intolerant individuals. Ghee is shelf-stable, but can be refrigerated. It behaves like coconut oil and will solidify when cool and liquefy when warm.
